Our rules
AIiHC Community Guidelines The short version of our Rules of the Road. The full Rules and the Safe-Posting Guidance are on aiihc.org. 1. Never post patient-identifiable information. No names, initials, record numbers, dates of birth, exact dates or locations, and no images showing identifiers. Watch the combination of details: four harmless facts together can identify someone. When in doubt, leave it out. 2. This is not the place for an emergency. If a patient may be at risk now, use your own organisation's incident and escalation route. AIiHC cannot act on it. 3. Nothing here is clinical, legal or regulatory advice. Members share experience. Check anything you read against your own local governance before you act on it. 4. Be a professional. Speak as you would to a colleague. Disagreement is welcome; contempt is not. 5. One account, one real person. Join under your own name and keep one account. 6. Share the lesson, not your employer's documents. No contracts, prices, procurement documents, internal incident reports, unpublished data or anything under an NDA. 7. Say what you are affiliated with. If you work for, advise, hold shares in or are paid by a company whose product is discussed, say so in every relevant post. 8. AIiHC is not for selling. No promotion, lead generation, pitching, recruiting, or messages offering services. 9. Post it where it belongs. Each channel says what it is for. Not sure? Ask in 1.3 Ask AIiHC. 10. Be specific and honest, including about failure. What did not work is as welcome as what did. 11. Represent evidence accurately. Say what is your experience, your interpretation, or uncertain. Never present AI-generated text as verified fact. 12. Your posts stay yours. AIiHC may summarise discussions inside the community, with credit, and will not republish your content outside it without asking you. 13. If something is wrong, report it rather than fight it. Use the report function or the Raise a concern form. Do not escalate a dispute in public. If a rule is broken: a correction, a removal, or for serious breaches removal and restriction. You are told privately, with the rule named, and you can ask for a review within 14 days.
